Location! - Walk two blocks to Geneva Lake, the 22-mile shore path, Kishwwauktoe Nature conservancy, shops, restaurants and bars, trails, boat launch and the beach! Then come back to your cozy home with a fully-equipped kitchen for a gourmet meal, Netflix & Chill, or grill out and have a campfire. We allow dogs upon request. Dog fee is $35 per pet per stay.

Relax and recharge at this lake town cottage. Just two blocks from the Geneva Lake in the heart of downtown Williams Bay, you'll enjoy the quiet side of Geneva Lake. Restaurants, shops and parks just are just steps away, and 5 miles to busy downtown Lake Geneva. Williams Bay has an adorable small town feel, with great restaurants, lakefront trail, beach, parks, kayak and SUP rentals, nature preserve, yoga and workout studios, Yerkes Observatory and more. Every season is beautiful here. The Geneva Lake area has great concert venues, lake activities, top dining destinations, fabulous boutique shopping, downhill skiing, local spas, breweries and wineries as well as wellness studios. The Bay House offers a perfect working space with hi-speed wifi, small desk and chair in one bedroom. Post office and bank are also 1/2 block away. House also includes a high chair, play pen, kids toys and games. Professionally cleaned every time after guests stay. Available birthday/anniversary/surprise set-up upon request.

The house is steps away from the public beach, lakefront walking trail, restaurants, nature conversancy, kayak/paddleboard rentals, snowmobile trails and more. Restaurants: 1/2 block away Park: 1 block away Beach: .4 mile via sidewalk (collapsable wagon and beach chairs for your use) Boat launch: .3 mile - you are welcome to park trailer in the driveway of house.

Guest Access

Guests have the house, front porch, back patio, hammock and entire backyard. There is an onsite manager who lives in the attached apartment (with a shared wall) should you need anything at any time.

Clean, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated and furnished home. We enjoyed the front porch and the kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities. We were traveling with an 18 month old and there was a high chair and pack and play available in the bedroom closet which was a bonus. Location was great, walking distance to coffee shop, grocer, the lake, playground. Would definitely come back again!

The Bay House was perfect for us. Lots of space, a good kitchen and a very comfortable living area. We loved the location. It’s was easy to find and put us right where we wanted to be . . . Close to Yerkes and Lake Geneva. I would definitely book there again.

The house was fantastic for 6 adults and 2 kids. Everything you needed to know was laid out before we even arrived. There were plenty of bathroom towels, which most places lack. A huge bonus she provided a beach wagon and toys for us to use during our stay. Made for light packing!

We stayed at Holly’s place for a girls weekend and it was perfect! For the location and the quality of the house, it felt like an amazing deal. The house was exactly as described and pictured, clean, and had what we needed! We knew this going into the trip, but it was tight quarters for six adults (especially for a group of friends, not couples), and if we were there longer than a few days we may have wanted more space. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee! There were a few great restaurants, coffee, and most importantly, two ice cream shops within a five minute walk of the house. I was not prepared for how quaint Williams Bay was and it was such a nice respite from the busyness of Lake Geneva. We are already scheming about when we can come back!
